Standard shipping is typically delivered with FedEx or UPS ground, Canada Post or USPS.
All orders from Signifi Mobile are normally shipped within
1 business day.
All orders from the USA are shipped from our warehouse in Champlain, New York, USA.
All orders from Canada are shipped from our warehouse in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse and you will be forwarded tracking information by email.
You can track your package with the appropriate carrier using the tracking number you will receive by email,
or you can always log in to your online account to get a status.

Within 60 days of your purchase, if you are not satisfied with the performance quality of your solution we will give you your money back, it is that simple. No questions asked. You will receive a full refund we will even pay for the return shipping*.
In order for us to promptly refund your money, we have made the process pretty simple. Simply contact our customer care department by email at email@example.com or by phone at 1-800-239-0394. They will email you an RMA slip and return shipping waybill. You must include the RMA slip with your returned products. The products must be returned with their original packaging and the product must be in the same condition it was received and not scratched, dented or mishandled.
Any returns received without an RMA authorization or with damaged equipment will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Orders for pre-cut lengths of cable are non-refundable.
All returns must be delivered to our warehouse within 60 days of the delivery date.
Once we have received your returned merchandise, we will promptly process your refund and notify you via email. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
All bulk and wholesale orders do not qualify for the 60 day return policy and are subject to a limited 30 day return policy.
*In order to qualify for a full refund of your delivery charges you must speak with one of one of our experts before you purchase your booster kit to determine the appropriate solution. Once you receive the kit, you must allow our tech support assist you to install the system and then if you decide to return the merchandise before you've used the unit for at least 30 days we will gladly refund your product price but the cost of delivery is your responsibility.
